Despite facing identical questions and providing similar responses, the core difference lies in their identities: Martin, a man, and Irene, a woman. This raises an important question about the impact of gender on employment opportunities.

Created by indie developer Mauro Vanetti in a single day as part of the Narrative Game Design course at We Are Müesli in Bologna in January 2016, this game is now available in multiple languages including Italian, English, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Korean. The graphics have been revitalized by Emanuele Klemp to enhance the game's visual appeal while emphasizing critical themes surrounding gender discrimination in the workforce.
